Have you been struggling recently with your confidence or self-esteem, or with managing your mental health or wellbeing? Are you feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or experiencing increased levels of stress or anxiety? Maybe you are having difficulties within your relationships with your partner(s), family or friends, or you feel lonely? Are you trying to process a loss or bereavement? Perhaps you want change in your life but don't know how to begin to create it? I can help. Our counselling sessions will be a safe, supportive and non-judgemental space for you to process your feelings, make sense of things and begin to move forward again.
I'm a very experienced counsellor who works with individuals and with couples. I offer both short-term and long-term counselling in person and online. I work holistically and can help with most issues. I have particular experience working with members of the creative professions and also with students, academics and educators, as well as fellow therapists.
Starting therapy is the first step on a unique journey, a path towards feeling good about yourself and creating the change you want in your life. If you are a couple struggling then counselling can also help you to improve communication and enjoy one another again. Get in touch to book an Introductory Session and we can discuss your therapy needs together.
