Seeking help through therapy can feel like a daunting task, but it can also be the first big step to healing from within. Perhaps you're feeling stressed, having trouble sleeping or just generally out of sorts. This may even be affecting your relationships, work and health. I offer you a warm empathic space and a chance to talk about whatever is troubling you in a confidential supportive way. Simply put, it a chance for you to heal. I work with an integrative psychodynamic model, bringing in elements of CBT and minfulness.
I offer sessions in individual therapy, family therapy, couples therapy and art therapy. I have worked with people suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, eating disorders, personality disorders, bi-polar disorder, suicidal ideation, self-harm, low self-worth and many other mental health conditions. I work with both adults and children.
I offer a warm, confidential and supportive space for you to explore what's going on for you. Please feel free to email me directly and we can arrange a free initial chat to see if I am the right fit for you. I can offer a discount to those struggling financially
