I work with a variety of difficulties and have a particular interest and specialism in helping people who may be struggling to adjust to significant life events e.g. becoming a parent, menopausal changes, long term health conditions as well as people who have high standards or may be prone to self-criticism.
I am a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist offering evidence based psychological therapies. I particularly enjoy working with Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT). I provide a non-judgmental and compassionate space where I aim to help you explore what you need , with me by your side.
