Hi, I’m Emily, a therapist and coach who helps intelligent women to reclaim their lives from OCD. I use a mix of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).
I know how exhausting it is to live with the constant ‘what-ifs’. OCD can make everyday life feel heavy, but together we can start to shift that.
My mission is to help you break free from intrusive thought loops and compulsions, so you can live life on your terms again. OCD often starts with unwanted thoughts or doubts that feel deeply distressing. While most people brush these off, those with OCD often get caught up trying to figure out what they mean—leading to compulsions that keep the cycle going.
Whether your compulsions are physical or all in your head, they’re draining—and you don’t have to deal with them alone.
