Thank you for taking the time to look at my profile. We all need support in life and at times, we reach out to therapy to provide us with that support. Therapy can help us to understand complex emotions, behaviours, or to learn more about ourselves. Sometimes it is just nice to talk to someone who is hearing and feeling what is going on for you. I can offer you a non-judgemental space to explore whatever it is you need support with. Together, we can work through your fears, your difficult memories or whatever is hindering you in life.
Alongside working with adults, I have many years experience of working with children aged 11+. I trained as an integrative Counsellor, which means that whilst I use the Person-Centred model, I believe in adapting to you and your needs so I will draw upon other therapies or methods to support you. I also offer Walk and Talk therapy around Nostell parklands.
