As a Gestalt trainee psychotherapist, I offer a warm, deeply supportive space for you to explore whatever is currently significant in your life. I understand that reaching out for therapy can be challenging, and I will meet you with care and curiosity.
My approach is firmly rooted in the present moment, focusing on your immediate experience—thoughts, emotions, sensations, and how they manifest in your body. We will use therapeutic inquiry to explore your lived experience and identify recurrent patterns. As awareness develops, we can creatively experiment with new ways of being.
The way I work, is centred on working with you as a whole person. Rather than listing specific issues I work with, we can explore your experiences of any diagnoses, identities, or demographics you identify with. Our therapeutic relationship will prioritise what is important to you. Age 18+, face to face in central Cardiff, short and long term therapy
Central to our work, during our 50 minute sessions, is our therapeutic relationship. By focusing on what happens between us, we can gain fresh insights into what is informing your wider relationships. My hope is that you will feel supported in reconnecting with your authentic self and discover new possibilities for your future path.
