I work with people facing a wide range of issues, and I tailor my approach to suit your individual needs. Together, we’ll find a way of working that feels right for you. Alongside my private practice at Number 42, I also work in primary and secondary NHS services, and with South East London Mind. This broad experience allows me to meet a wide variety of emotional and psychological needs with sensitivity and care. My style is relational, reflective, and trauma-informed. I believe we all have the capacity to grow and create change in our lives — sometimes we just need the right conditions to support that process.
Therapy offers a consistent, confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings, patterns, and experiences — without judgement. It’s a place to feel heard, to make sense of things, and to work through what’s been holding you back. You don’t have to come with a clear goal — many people begin therapy simply knowing that something doesn’t feel right.
