I am an integrative counsellor and psychotherapist working with adults experiencing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Alongside my private practice, I work across primary and tertiary NHS services and with South East London Mind. My approach is warm, relational and trauma-informed. I tailor therapy to your individual needs, working with one foot in the present and one in the past to help you make sense of your experiences, understand yourself more deeply, and create meaningful, lasting change.

Therapy offers a consistent, confidential space to explore thoughts, feelings, patterns, and experiences — without judgement. It’s a place to feel heard, to make sense of things, and work through what’s been holding you back. You don’t have to come with a clear goal — many people begin therapy simply knowing that something doesn’t feel right.
