I’m a Highly Specialist Clinical Psychologist who supports teenagers and adults to tackle mental health challenges, build coping skills, and feel more hopeful as they look to the future. I help clients to achieve positive change in experiences such as: anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, interpersonal difficulties, demotivation, and intense fluctuation in emotions. Alongside my private practice, I'm an experienced clinician within National & Specialist CAMHS at the Maudsley. This NHS work with sixth formers makes me ideally suited to working with clients as they navigate academic, professional, social, and emotional crossroads.
I'm HCPC registered and have worked across inpatient, crisis, and community contexts ever since qualifying. I'm trained in CBT, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy. I integrate ideas from these models to ensure sessions offer a fit for each individual's personal needs and goals.
I work in partnership with clients: exploring their strengths, as well as the struggles. My expertise in liaising with parents, schools, and other professionals ensures a joined-up approach. I strive to empower clients to practise new skills in-between sessions and feel confident to take forward what they have learned, long after our work together ends.
