I'm a sex and relationship therapist with over 15 years' experience. I work with men and women in Central London and Surrey on sexual difficulties, relationship issues, and a loss of confidence around dating and intimacy. You might be dealing with erectile dysfunction, pain during sex, low desire, infidelity, or rebuilding after a separation. I'm a registered member of COSRT (the College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists) and an accredited sex educator through ACET UK. I've worked in the NHS psychosexual department, and my work has been featured in ITV News and Cosmopolitan.
My approach is practical and tailored. I don't believe one method fits everyone, so I assess from our first conversation what suits you — structured techniques when that works, more creative and experiential work when it doesn't. We set clear, measurable goals together, and most clients notice real change by the sixth session.
