Counselling with me isn’t about fixing you; it’s noticing the quirks, contradictions, and hidden patterns that make you… you. Expect curious conversation, gentle reflection, laughter where needed, and those tiny “oh… that actually makes sense” moments. I’m warm, approachable, a little unconventional, and fully focused on helping you understand yourself and shift in ways that actually stick. I work with adults and children aged 11 plus.

I work integratively, blending person-centred, psychodynamic, and attachment approaches. Together we explore what’s happening now, notice echoes from the past, and reflect on patterns that shape your life. Sessions are curious, conversational, and often surprisingly light, helping insights and change emerge naturally.

I listen for the patterns you live by but don’t always notice. We explore your experiences together, making sense of old stories and current challenges. My approach is curious, reflective, and flexible — guiding you to insights and shifts that feel authentic, practical, and human.
