Have you lived with anxiety or depression, and need someone to help you unravel what keeps you in distress? Perhaps you feel behind in life, and struggle to know what stops you from moving forward. I am here to help you to live more authentically, to explore your relationship with different parts of yourself, and to help you move from being stuck to a more flexible way of experiencing. I help my clients to build a compassionate relationship with themselves. The goal is that clients begin to feel able to cope with difficult feelings and situations, make decisions that align with their values, and strengthen their relationships.
I work by providing a space where you can bring your whole self, in a safe and non-judgemental way. I do not give advice or diagnoses. I work in a warm, patient, and collaborative way, adapting to your needs to help you explore the emotions and experiences that are causing you distress.
I think that there can also be so much that is enjoyable about therapy. That might seem a little weird to say, but I believe there can also be room for humour and laughter as we navigate difficult territory - essentially, however you are, is how you can be in sessions with me. This is your hour to be yourself and take space without judgement. Get in touch!
