With over twenty years experience of walking alongside people riding the waves of suffering, chronic illness, trauma, loss, navigating the chasm between Western medicine and alternative healing, I continue to be passionate about our need to connect, share, feel heard and find our own unique way forward through it all.
I am a medical doctor by background and now an integrative counsellor with the intention of bridging these two unnecessarily separated worlds.
I endeavour to create a nurturing space for you to support compassionate and brave self-inquiry. Exploring the possibility of suffering or illness having its roots in trauma - be that personal or societal level trauma. I also hold space for the possibility that your experience of the medical systems has been traumatic in and of itself.
I strive to offer flexible sessions that best meet my clients needs, be that online sessions, outdoor sessions in nature or in-person somewhere snug and cosy. Navigating my own health challenges has inspired this work as much as my clients shared stories and I feel deeply honoured to be privilege to these most intimate aspects of peoples lives.
