I am passionate about supporting individuals to manage their emotional challenges, with the aim of supporting them to live fulfilled and satisfied lives, promoting resilience. I have a special interest in working with clients who have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, workplace related issues, race related difficulties and difficult interpersonal relationships. I believe that is important to equip my clients with the skills needed to help cope and manage their current difficulties, considering how previous experiences might impact what is happening in the present.
I am a skilled, reflective clinician with a keen interest in and a passion for supporting people to manage their needs. I hold cultural, racial, sexual, religious and social differences in mind when applying psychological models to my clinical practice. I am anti-racist and anti-discriminatory in my approach.
