Difficulties with sex, intimacy or relationships can be confusing, frustrating, or isolating, and it’s not always easy to talk about them. You may be struggling with desire, performance, pleasure, or confidence, or noticing how anxiety, shame, body image, or past experiences are impacting your relationship with sex. Some common issues I work with are low or mismatched desire, sexual pain (including vaginismus), orgasmic difficulties, erectile or ejaculation concerns, and many more. I also support those navigating communication challenges, attachment patterns, and major life transitions such as IVF and postpartum changes.
My work as a licensed sex and relationship therapist is to provide a thoughtful, informed and non-judgmental space where these experiences can be explored openly and at your pace. Together, we can look at what sex and relationships could be, and how you might move toward that in a way that feels right for you.
Sex and relationship therapy is a talk-based intervention; there is no physical touch during sessions, and no medical examinations are involved. I work with people of all genders and sexual orientations, and with both individuals and couples. Appointments are available in person in Brighton and Hove, or online across the UK.
