I am an experienced counsellor and psychotherapist who has completed 4 years of intensive training. My approach aims to get to the heart of the problem through exploration - whatever the problem may be. By building a trusting relationship and working together I can help you to feel more safe, access your resources and bring possibilities into your awareness. I have considerable experience working with anxiety, stress, shame, bereavement, depression, trauma and relationship issues.
