I have 11 years therapeutic experience specialising in Trauma. I am a warm, caring, compassionate person who has a calm manner. I have experience in a variety of settings including: Education, Charity Sector and NHS. I currently work in Education ages 13-18 alongside private work. I have experience with a variety of difficulties such as Anxiety, Bereavement, Trauma, Phobias, Relationship Difficulties and improving self-esteem.
Initially I trained in Person-centred Counselling which gave me an excellent understanding of working at each individuals pace and showing a great deal of empathy. I recently qualified in Human Givens Psychotherapy which means I work in solution focused way to help you work towards your goals, recognise your emotional needs and how to meet these.
Reaching out is a brilliant step towards feeling better and I look forward to being alongside you in your journey. we go at your pace in a safe non-judgemental space.
