Hi, I’m Mel, I’m a professional qualified counsellor based in Leigh-On-Sea Essex. The therapy I offer is very much tailored to the individual because there is no ‘one size fits all’. I offer support for a wide range if issues, such as; but not restricted to, addiction, abuse, bereavement, trauma and relationships. I do have a special interest in Anxiety, Low Confidence and Self Esteem issues as I have had personal experience of how debilitating these can be. I offer a completely non judgemental and confidential safe space for long or short term therapy sessions.
