I am an HCPC Registered Practitioner Counselling Psychologist with over 12 years of experience across diverse settings, including the NHS, charities, and the voluntary sector. Throughout my career, I have supported individuals as well as couples from a variety of backgrounds, helping them navigate a wide range of mental health challenges.
I specialise in working with adults facing severe and enduring conditions, including those impacted by early attachment issues, childhood abandonment, depression, anxiety disorders, low self-esteem, PTSD and complex trauma, and immigrants adjusting to life in a new country.
I am an integrative relational psychologist, drawing on a range of psychological models and evidence-based therapies. My practice is primarily informed by Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy. I also incorporate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Compassion-Focused Therapy.
