If you are feeling trapped in a controlling, emotionally abusive or coercive relationship — or are trying to recover after leaving one — you don’t have to face it alone. I’m a qualified and experienced counsellor based near Sandwich, Kent, specialising in supporting survivors of domestic abuse, emotional and psychological control and sexual violence, including rape. Whether the abuse is ongoing or part of your past, I offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where your voice is heard, your experiences are validated and healing can begin at your pace.

I work sensitively and confidentially with clients navigating trauma, low self-worth, confusion, isolation and anxiety resulting from abusive relationships. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, unsure of what’s real, or guilty for what they've endured.

Through gentle, trauma-informed therapy, I help you reconnect with your sense of self, rebuild confidence and move forward with strength and clarity.
