I am currently working with adult clients who are struggling with their historic childhood sexual trauma and domestic abuse. Over the past two decades, I have supported people in various roles with acceptance, addiction, alcoholism, LGBTQ, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, self-worth and cultural identity issues. Maybe you are finding you can't trust anyone or you are feeling defeated or deeply ashamed and this is impacting on your enjoyment of life and relationships.
I have a colourful lived experience, having been in therapy over the years myself, combined with the integrative theories and models which I studied, has given me a wealth of understanding & compassion. Placing me in an excellent position to help others in a way others cannot. Inclusivity, non judgment and acceptance being at the core of what I offer.
