This is a space where you can bring your full, unfiltered self, and together we’ll work through the tough stuff with honesty and compassion. Therapy doesn’t have to be stiff or clinical.
I specialise in working with people who are dealing with anxiety, abuse, relationship struggles, (romantic, platonic and family) trauma, and loss. Most of the people I work with want the same thing—to feel calmer, happier, more connected, and more at ease with their lives.
