My counselling practice is centred on the belief that difficulties can send us ‘off-track’ but we all have the capacity to find our way back, we might just need a little help. I work with what you bring, using the counselling approach that meets your individual needs, rather than fitting your needs into a predecided approach. For example you may need some immediate help with tools to manage your current symptoms, and then later want to look deeper into discovering the cause of those symptoms. Whatever you bring I will offer you the care, empathy and understanding without judgement.
I provide counselling for anxiety, relationships, perfectionism, persistent worry and low mood, low self-esteem, communication issues, people pleasing, life coaching, and parenting issues. My counselling service is both face to face and online through video call.
I offer you a safe, accepting and supportive environment. If you feel that you can trust me, then growth and change will happen as we explore together. You may not really know exactly how to explain how you are feeling, and that's OK too. I work with adults, couples and young people.
