I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, trained in psychodynamic and humanistic psychotherapy. This means that I draw from various approaches when working to ensure the therapy is meeting your needs. The space I offer is non-directive, open and supportive, to broaden your awareness and gain a deeper understanding of your current problems.
