Are you or a young person close to you struggling with anxiety, low mood or have other mental health struggles? I promise to be there for you every step of your journey. My mission is help young minds flourish through CBT. CBT is a therapy that explores how your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and actions are linked, and that negative/anxious thoughts and feelings can trap you in a negative/anxious cycle. I am an expert in cognitive behavioural models, however, you are an expert of yourself and your experiences. I therefore promise to work collaboratively with you to reach your goals of better mental health and wellbeing.
I specialise working with children and young people (ages 8 to 25). I have experience working within the NHS and mental health organisations. My focus is to provide a safe space to work collaboratively towards your individual goals. I offer in person CBT in Stonehouse which is easily accessible from areas in and around Stroud, Dursley and Gloucester.
I also deliver therapy online which makes CBT accessible for alI.
