Welcome and thank you for taking time to find out more about me and my work. I appreciate you considering me as your therapist. I offer face to face and/or online support. I provide a safe and supportive space for you to explore and understand your issues with an end goal of acceptance and the ability to move forward. I strongly believe in empowering my clients with the skills needed to achieve meaningful, lasting changes. My sessions are judgment-free and structured in a relaxed professional manner.
My practice incorporates evidence-based CBT techniques and integrates other therapeutic methods tailored to my client's individual needs. My specialty is inner child healing and reparenting for which I can provide a bespoke weekend retreat. Inner child healing is connecting you as an adult to the 'little child' within you that may need attention.
My approach is to build a therapeutic alliance using my natural empathy, compassionate and understanding nature. Supporting people to achieve mental well-being is my passion and by us working collaboratively together, we can build on your resilience to improve emotional regulation, increase self-esteem and self-compassion.
