I provide a safe and non-judgemental space for people of all ages who are experiencing mental health difficulties, trauma, or loss. Over the years, I have been privileged to support people of many different ethnicities, sexualities, gender identities and faith backgrounds. I help people make meaningful and sustained changes in their lives. You are the expert of yourself, and my role is to equip you with the tools, knowledge and understanding so that you can achieve your full potential, manage difficult emotions, and lead a meaningful, fulfilling life.
I tailor my support to meet individual needs and do this by drawing on a variety of specialist psychological interventions. These include: CBT, psychodynamic therapy, DBT Skills, MBT-A, systemic thinking and specialist parenting programmes (Solihull and Incredible Years). I also use specialist trauma interventions for adults and children (TF-CBT) .
I’m passionate about helping people and believe that everyone deserves access to high quality mental health care. We are currently experiencing a mental health epidemic and my mission is to empower people to better understand and manage their mental health.
