Hello. I’m Ellen, I am a warm, friendly and empathic therapist. You maybe feeling lost, lonely and not sure of what is happening just now. By reaching out, we can work toward making things feel more manageable. I welcome you to a trusting and safe space for us to navigate together the difficulties you are experiencing. I work with adults, young people and especially women, to help nurture a greater sense of Self and confidence. My focus is: self-worth, relationship difficulties, parenting, work, depression, anxiety and managing change. My aim is to be beside you and guide you toward greater clarity and calm in your life.
As an Integrative therapist and essentially Person-Centred, I will place you at the heart and nurture a trust in your own strengths. I will incorporate aspects of other therapies we feel might be suited to you, such as Psychodynamic, ACT, Compassion and Nature Therapy. We will check-in with each other regularly to ensure you are getting what you need.
