My name is Ellen. I love my job. I work hard to ensure you will receive the highest possible service from me, and to ensure you feel supported and safe throughout the time we spend together. I am a qualified Counsellor working in the Lichfield area (face to face) and with clients across the UK (online). Talking to me will give you the opportunity to have an open and honest conversation with me about whatever is troubling you. Working at your pace, we can talk things through and explore how to make the changes you want to see in your life. I won't judge you and I won't offer advice.
I will empower you to take control of your mental health and support you in exploring how to make changes in your life. I use different counselling techniques to help us work through issues together. I can help you gain insight into yourself and your relationships, reduce stress and depression, to move forwards if you are feeling stuck.
It is important that we both feel we will work well together so I offer a free 15-minute consultation for us to get to know each other. I will explain to you how I work, what I charge and what you can expect from me. I look forward to hearing from you.
