Many of my clients present to me with anxiety, low-confidence or specific mental health issues. Goals are often to feel happier, cope better at work or in relationships. Steps to achieving this tend to centre around better understanding of self and identifying what barriers we have constructed that keep us stuck.
Instead of seeing an insurmountable wall, in many cases there's an opportunity for growth. My job is to help you figure out how to take your first steps and overcome fear and negativity. Often, the very first is asking for help.
I feel that anxiety has almost reached epidemic levels and I bring strategies, self-esteem and positive affirmations that can help even in session one.
Having ADHD naturally led me to specialise in those who suspect or know they have ADHD.
There is nothing better than speaking to someone who has lived experience of the condition.
