Welcome. I am an experienced and fully qualified counselling therapist, working through a supportive and appropriately challenging, person centred approach. Offering face to face sessions in various London locations, including Earls Court, Baker Street and Kings Cross, I work collaboratively and creatively with clients in order to introduce life long, positive change. I also offer online sessions.

I'm experienced working with challenges including depression, anxiety, bereavement, ADHD, relationship problems, family issues, low self-esteem, co-dependency and trauma. I also have early morning and evening spaces available on a first come, first come, first served basis.

I offer a therapeutic environment which gives you both the resource and autonomy to create tangible and extensive change. Starting is simple, and I offer a complimentary, 20 minute online introductory video call, in order to ensure that I am the person who is able to work with you.
