Hello, I’m Ella, a BABCP-accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor with 14+ years NHS experience. I specialise in depression, anxiety (including OCD, GAD, social/health anxiety, panic), and trauma/PTSD. I offer short- and long-term therapy, tailored to individual needs in a compassionate, collaborative space. I also run a face-to-face postnatal wellbeing group (Serenity CBT) in Nottingham for women with children under two experiencing postnatal challenges.
My aim is for you to feel truly listened to, supported, and encouraged to believe that change is possible and that better days are ahead. In our sessions, we’ll work together to explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck and develop practical, effective coping strategies to help you move forward.
You’re very welcome to get in touch via email or phone to arrange a complimentary 15-minute consultation to explore whether my approach feels like a good fit for you.

Groups
Serenity CBT Postnatal Wellbeing Group
The Serenity CBT postnatal wellbeing group in Nottingham supports women with children under two experiencing low mood, anxiety, worry, stress, or adjustment difficulties. Across six 2-hour face-to-face sessions, the group uses evidence-based CBT to help participants manage thoughts and emotions, develop coping strategies, and build parenting confidence. The programme focuses on emotional adjustment, wellbeing, and self-care. In a safe, supportive space, women share experiences, gain peer support, and learn practical tools to manage mood and reduce anxiety. Led by BABCP-accredited therapists, the group combines psychoeducation and CBT strategies to help women navigate early parenthood with greater resilience and confidence.
