Do you just want to talk to someone? We all have times in our lives when we struggle with our relationships and issues such as stress, anxiety, bereavement, loss, or lack of belief in ourselves. Exploring these in a safe, confidential, non-judgemental space can be very beneficial and can bring about change. I offer this space from my background as a family law Barrister for 11 years, helping people facing the most stressful of family situations and also from my experience of bereavement and loss.
I am a BACP registered integrative therapeutic counsellor combining Person Centred and Psychodynamic theories as they apply to your situation. These theories are centred around the establishment of a relationship of respect and trust in which we explore your thoughts, feelings and motivations to enable you to identify where you are and where you want to be.
I understand how hard it can be to reach out for help, so I will be there for you in the sessions, providing a non-judgemental, confidential place for you to talk or not talk, as you choose. I work with couples and with individuals.
