I am a Gestalt Therapist. My Counselling Room is very spacious, safe & secure. It provides a confidential environment for you to express yourself freely & openly in any way you feel comfortable, about any issues you have to deal with, without fear of judgement or offending or upsetting those closest to you, family, friends or colleagues. A place where you're able to be honest with yourself, about how situations or events affect you personally, where you can explore those feelings, thoughts & emotions that can sometimes be hard to deal with. All aspects of relationships, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, grief, traumatic events and any of life’s issues past and present that may be hindering you from living a happy and fulfilled life. I also do home visits for clients who require counselling but are unable to come to my counselling room.
I offer a safe space for you to talk freely without fear of judgement. A place where you can share how you feel, about your wants, a place where it is all about you. Where your voice is the important one, your emotions , your thoughts are valid. A place you can find peace, to evaluate and process how life affects you.
