Many clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected- looking for support to better understand their emotions, make sense of their experiences, and find new ways of coping.
I offer a holistic and creative approach that draws on the body, imagination, and storytelling to support expression and healing, especially when words feel difficult. Trained in EMDR, and currently training in Systemic Family Practice, which helps me work with relational and intergenerational patterns that impact mental health
I offer online sessions in a gentle, client-centred private practice. My approach is grounded in warmth, curiosity and openness- creating a space where therapy unfolds at your pace, and where both adults and children can explore, process and grow with support and care.
