I am Liz, an Integrative Counsellor with a Diploma in Counselling (Level 4), currently completing specialist Level 5 training in Counselling Children and Young People. I am a registered member of BACP.
I run a small, welcoming private practice where I provide a calm, supportive, and confidential space for clients to feel heard, understood, and supported.
I work with adults, couples, children, and young people, offering counselling from ages 10 through to later life. Sessions are available face-to-face in Burnham-on-Sea and Highbridge, as well as online or via telephone for those further afield.
My approach is gentle, integrative and tailored to each person’s needs. Whether you are facing anxiety, loss, relationship or family difficulties, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck, I aim to help you feel heard, supported and empowered to move forward. I also offer home visits for clients with limited mobility.
As an initial point of contact, I offer a free 15-minute telephone or Zoom consultation to discuss your needs and how I may be able to support you. On wednesday mornig 10 /12 i run a free art based workshop at the purple spoon cafe highbridge nr burnham on sea .
