I am a BACP registered counsellor and psychotherapist working online and in-person in High Wycombe. My style is relational and integrative. My main approaches are a blend of humanistic, with elements of psychodynamic and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). I also offer Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy.
