Whether you are suffering from stress and anxiety, low mood or a depression, coping with loss, facing illness, struggling with relationships or lacking confidence, my aim is to show you how to navigate through life's challenges, move forward and flourish so you get the most out of your life. I offer a non-judgemental, supportive and highly confidential environment in which we explore whatever aspects of your life you may wish to better understand or change. We work together to help you take control of your life, resolve your difficulties and increase your sense of wellbeing. I use a range of evidence-based therapies and techniques.
A fully trained medical doctor with over 22 years experience in the NHS, specialising as a GP for 17yrs. I have worked in General Practice, Psychiatry, Gynaecology, Expedition Medicine and Universities. I am a fully trained psychotherapist and coach, and a breath/yoga4health ambassador. I am interested in sustaining good mental health and wellbeing.
My wealth of experience and qualifications allows me to provide effective therapy and coaching to anyone looking to improve and sustain their mental health and wellbeing.
