I’m a warm, experienced therapist supporting individuals, couples, and young people (11–18 years) with depression, anxiety, ADHD, relationship or family difficulties, and sexual wellbeing. I offer face-to-face sessions in London Liverpool Street and central Chelmsford, Essex, as well as secure online sessions via Zoom.

Couples Therapy: Explore communication, conflict, trust, intimacy, and domestic abuse (where the harmer is accountable). Level 5 Specialist in Relationship Therapy (Relate).
Sex Therapy: Support with desire, intimacy, sexual difficulties, sexual health, kink-informed practice, and changes following cancer or other medical issues.
I provide therapy with empathy, authenticity, and collaboration, in a safe and welcoming space for all, inclusive of sexual orientation, gender identity, cultural background, and relationship structure. Together, we set goals meaningful to you and work at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
