My training and practice is most closely aligned with person centred theory. For me this means offering all of my clients a warm, genuine and accepting environment to explore anything and everything that is important to each individual. I have experience working with Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement, Eating disorders, Health related issues, Identity issues, Obsessions, Intrusive thoughts, OCD, Personal development, Relationships, Abuse, Self esteem, Self-harm, Anger, Sexuality, Stress, Trauma, Work related issues.
I hold a Master of Counselling and have been practicing at multiple counselling services across Edinburgh and Fife for 3 years. I have particular experience working with adult survivors of childhood sexual abuse gained throughout my training.
I offer a FREE 30 minute initial consultation. This session offers us the chance to get to know each other. This gives us the space to discuss why you are seeking counselling and gives you an idea of how we might work together. At the end of the initial session you have the choice to book your next session if you would like to continue together.
