I work with adults who feel a general sense of discomfort, a feeling of being “not quite right”, or who notice repeating patterns in their lives or relationships. These difficulties may show up as anxiety, stress, low mood, or feeling stuck during times of change. I offer a thoughtful, supportive space to explore what’s happening and to develop a deeper understanding of yourself, so that change can feel possible and meaningful.
