Sometimes life can feel a little overwhelming. Dealing with conflict at work or how you feel about yourself maybe how you treat yourself. Or maybe you would like to be more assertive, to be able to respect who you are and what you do. Or maybe you have lost someone or something you loved. You may feel you are out of control, or you may be being abused. Are you forever going over conversations or awkward moments thinking what if, what do others think of me. Let me help you find your way to finding you again, the you that loves yourself for who and what you are, a beautiful caring person.
Allow me to explore your feelings with you, finding out what gives you a purpose in life, what's stopping you from being the person you want to be. By talking, gently probing and challenging to discover together your sense of purpose and well being. My approach to counselling is Person Centred, meaning I will not tell you what to do, nor judge you.
I feel it has taken great courage to look for help for yourself this is your first step. Talk to me, I will not judge you or tell you what to do. But hopefully together we will find a way forward for you. You are important. Let me help you find you again
