I'm a UKCP and BACP registered psychotherapist, clinical supervisor and EMDR therapist. My approach is integrative and draws on a range of therapeutic approaches including CBT, Existential, Jungian & Transpersonal. For trauma/PTSD and early relational/attachment issues, I offer EMDR, may include body-centred work (mindfulness/therapeutic yoga/Qi Gong) and draw on relevant trauma treatment models, including sensorimotor psychotherapy. I work with individuals and couples and offer therapy as a safe, non-judgmental and empathic space in which you can talk in confidence about whatever is troubling you. Zoom sessions also possible.
My approach is spiritual in the sense that we are all on a spiritual path (towards becoming the best version of ourselves). Hence the difficulties we face in life are opportunities for us to learn and grow as human beings. My approach also integrates the body; we don't just talk - I might include meditation, breathing techniques and movement.
