Hi, I’m Eliza - a BACP and UKCP registered Integrative Psychotherapist. I offer a warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to explore whatever challenges you’re facing, including anxiety, low self-esteem, bereavement, relationship difficulties, and trauma.
I have extensive experience supporting children, young people and adults with a range of emotional difficulties. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, anxious, or unsure of what you need, I’ll meet you where you are, gently and without pressure, expectation or judgement. I know that reaching out can feel daunting, and even getting to this point takes a lot of courage.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in trust. With children and teens, I often use creativity, play, and metaphor when words feel hard to find. With adults, I offer a reflective space to explore past experiences, old patterns, and parts of yourself that might have been hidden or lost, to find healthier and more supportive ways of coping.
I work integratively, meaning I bring together different therapeutic approaches and adapt our sessions to what best supports you. This means I can offer both space for deep emotional exploration and practical techniques to help cope with every day challenges.
Alongside private practice, I’ve worked in schools, bereavement services, and low-cost clinics.
