I specialise in a range of mood and anxiety disorders, working with both adults and children. I provide assessments and treatments using evidence-based therapies (therapies that are established as effective), namely cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), interpersonal psychotherapy (IPT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and compassion focused therapy
I am passionate about working with people using a warm, compassionate and collaborative approach. I attempt to make therapy engaging and fun because lets face it, life can be pretty tough, so I try to keep therapy light, interesting and memorable, using techniques that work for you.
