Our work together will be built within a safe & warm therapeutic container, on a foundation of curiosity, presence & compassion. I will support you in developing the capacity to be with your experience in a way that can support inner ground, clarity, congruency, connection and compassion. I believe that individual healing is part of collective healing and vice versa. (I also work with equine facilitated therapy in person).
I work with helping clients in healing around stress, anxiety & depression; grief; chronic health challenges; CPTSD/PTSD; addictions (limerence/love/sex (including porn) addictions; substance/process addictions; Codependency; Eating disorders/ body dysmorphia); D.I.D; expat & immigrant experience; loss of faith & other issues.
When we work somatically, we work with the felt sense to find deeper experiences of presence, stability, health, compassion, freedom & joy, as well as to resolve trauma & regulate the nervous system.
