I work as a humanistic integrative counsellor and along with my training in EMDR, offer my clients a strong sense of self and the ability to find their solutions from within. In our work together we build on our strengths and resilience in order to change and grow. When exploring our early relationships and experiences we can provide insight into our current sense of our place in the world.
I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can be heard without fear of judgement. A space to explore your feelings, with the aim of gaining a better understanding of yourself, in the hope of enabling you to make decisions that will positively impact your life and wellbeing.
In a non-judgemental space, we can find ways to cope better with adversity and live as fully as we can. I am led by the needs of you as an individual, working at your pace.
