I am a graduate in Transactional Analysis Integrative Psychotherapy. Through this mode of psychotherapy, an understanding and awareness of why we are the way we are can assist us to grow, develop and change the narrative that may be keeping you stuck or struggling to navigate life, feelings, behaviours and relationships. I have been a practicing Registered Mental Health Nurse for almost 30 years now and through my experience of working diagnostically within the mental health system, I have come to recognise that beneath the labels and diagnoses, there are the experiences of life that only you have had.
No one has the same response to their experiences of life and how it impacts upon their way of being in the world. I have deep compassion and ability to sit and be with you and help you to understand and process your life and relationships without judgement.
