I’m Eliana, a London-based, BACP-registered psychotherapist, supporting individuals as they navigate the uncertainties, disruptions, and profound questions that life often brings. I specialise in guiding clients through major life transitions, relational challenges, fertility struggles, bereavement, parenting, the emotional impact of migration and cultural displacement, as well as mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, and neurodivergence. My work is trauma-informed, helping people explore the ways past or ongoing experiences of trauma shape their sense of self, their relationships, and their experience of the world.
My 50 minute sessions use existential and psychodynamic therapy, and offer a warm, empathetic, and confidential space where you can freely explore your emotions, relationships, and aspirations.
