Hi my name is Emma,
I am relational integrative counsellor, using person- centred, Gestalt, CBT and Psychodynamic approaches to counselling, I have experience working with both adults and young adults 16+.
I offer a confidential, non- judgemental and compassionate space where you can explore what feels important to you. Sometimes life can feel heavy and I can offer a space for you to put down what you are carrying, take a breath as we explore what is causing you to feel stuck, burnt out or distressed.
I work in a holistic way which can include spirituality/ faith or beliefs, I work with people from all faith/ spirituality and none. Life is a journey and everyone has a story. I am not here to diagnose issues you may bring, or provide solutions. I work collaboratively with you as you explore what feels important for you.
Looking for a counsellor can feel daunting and is a big step and this is not limited to big life situations, I offer counselling to people that are experiencing; stress, burn out, anxiety, loss, who are transitioning between jobs, going through divorce, experiencing menopause/ perimenopause.
