As a fully qualified and experienced integrative counsellor with a background in psychology and mental health, I tailor my methods to meet the unique needs of each client. I draw on a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transpersonal, Transactional Analysis.
For over 15 years I provide personalised therapy for adults, offering both short-term and long-term support to address a wide range of psychological challenges. Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, low self-esteem, grief, relationship issues, or family concerns, I am here to help.
I am holistic in my approach and work with a person as a whole rather than focusing just on a symptom. I take into consideration all aspects of the human being (emotional, mental, physical, spiritual and social) as difficulties can manifest themselves on different levels (e.g. physical symptoms are often a warning sign of an unresolved emotional issues etc.)
